EnSight Biportal Alpha User Meeting, September 2024 in Lucerne

Performing Biportal Endoscopy and then sharing your experiences both good and bad is the fastest road to proficiency.
Our EnSight Biportal Alpha User Meeting provided a secure and friendly environment for our customers to connect, exchange and share their experiences under the guidance of five proficient Biportal facilitators – Dr. Javier Quillo-Olvera M.D., PD Dr med. Antonio Faundez, Dr. Joseph Cristini, Dr. Vincent Hagel, and Dr. Xavier A. Santander.
The invited surgeons were empowered and encouraged to discuss cases of different complexity, ways to overcome to typical barriers, and share the challenges faced in their biportal journey.
Key learnings:
- Biportal Endoscopy is no fad: growing evidence shows it offers surgeons numerous advantages in terms of patient experience and indications
- Endoscopy learning curve: while challenging, passing along systematic learning pathway clearly reduces time and the gradient
- Complications: there’s nothing to fear, complications can be managed and avoided, through proactive training and sharing practices
NEXON aims to provide challenging, learner-centric and exceptional learning experiences, so we are doubly pleased by the feedback from participants, who clearly appreciated the event, the networking opportunity and an atmosphere free from marketing.
A special than to the case presenters and moderators Dr Juan Barges Coll, Dr. Moritz Deml, Dr. Nicolas Lauper, Dr. Alexander Mameghani and Dr. Guy Waisbrod. We would like to thank all attendees who took time to invest in their Biportal journey, as well as our facilitators who shared their learnings.
Together, we are transforming endoscopy and changing lives!
