The real challenge starts after the course
The first course can introduce a technique. It cannot create routine on its own. Confidence develops through deliberate practice, supported application, reflection, and the right help at the right moment. The Nexon pathway is designed around that complete adoption journey.
A pathway built around progression
- Prepare through focused theory, case discussion, and simulation.
- Practise in small groups with time for deliberate repetition and feedback.
- Apply learning through clinical observation and mentored early cases.
- Progress through procedure-specific modules and clear learning milestones.
- Continue learning through the Nexon community of practice.
You bring the surgical judgement. We bring the system around it.
Nexon combines technology, education, mentoring, clinical support, and community so that learning continues beyond a single event. The objective is not course completion. It is reliable transfer into practice.
We are convinced that endoscopic spine surgery is the future. The question is which technique best covers your case mix. Uniportal is elegant for simple herniations; UBE handles those plus your stenosis and fusion volume — that’s where the case-mix economics actually work. Our EnSight UBE platform is purpose-built for biportal, our M1–M5 curriculum aligns to the ESUBE diploma, and we’ll support you during your first 30 cases. Most importantly — we are not a generalist company adding spine. UBE is what we do. Are you interested in joining our lab and community?
